Research on arc length tracking control technology of tube-sheet welding based on pulsed TIG

چکیده

During tungsten inert gas welding process, arc length will change due to thermal deformation, uneven surface of workpiece and electrode loss. Considering the large fluctuation in all-position annular seam under action multi-variable coupling, a mathematical model voltage was established this paper, an isolated high frequency acquisition circuit designed. An improved sliding filtering algorithm proposed, after real-time data, fuzzy control used realize online tracking welding, order improve reliability stability quality tube-sheet. The experimental results show that dynamic response time proposed compensation method is not more than 40 ms , deviation less 0.2 xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">mm which can fully meet requerements tube-sheet welding.
